Health and Diet
Milk is a great source of calcium and protein. You can enjoy it even if you're lactose intolerant! Opt for lactose-free milk or soy milk. Since whole milk is high in fat, choose nonfat or 1% fat. You can also get your calcium from dark green leafy vegetables, beans, soy products or calcium fortified juice and cereal.

Fitness
Exercise to keep your immunity strong. Researchers have found a link between regular exercise and improved immune function response. Experts William Primos and James Wappes note that during moderate exercise immune cells circulate more quickly through your body and are better at destroying viruses and bacteria.

Stevie's Goddess Tips

Within each and every one us lies our own inner Goddess. She is to be worshipped, celebrated and manifested each and everyday that we awaken from our nightly slumber. She is there to guide us and to help us when we doubt ourselves. We just have to remember to talk to her. She can and will help us banish the trolls that live within our minds to clear our heads of negativity and degrading self-talk. So, each morning, when you first open your eyes repeat to yourself and your inner Goddess, "I am incredible and this day will be phenomenal. It has no choice. My body, my mind, my soul and my heart are happy and joyous. I am an amazing woman and I will be victorious in my daily tasks of better eating, performing my workouts and having the world see me as kickass woman that I am. I will it so, so be it." And then smile to yourself, get up and tackle your day!
